What happens when you request deletion
You can request:
- Full account deletion — your account and all associated data will be permanently removed.
- Data deletion only — your personal data (name, chat messages) will be erased, but your account remains active for future events.
Data that will be deleted
- Email address
- First name and last name
- Chat messages
- Push notification tokens
- Networking connections
Data that may be retained
- Order and transaction records — retained for up to 10 years as required by Italian tax law (D.P.R. 633/1972).
- Invoice data — retained for legal obligations.
